Overview

Workspaces in Content Rabbit allow teams to collaborate effectively on content creation, scheduling, and publishing across multiple social media platforms.

Creating a Workspace

To create a new workspace:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Workspaces
  2. Click "Create Workspace"
  3. Enter a workspace name and description
  4. Set your workspace preferences

Inviting Team Members

Invite team members to collaborate:

  1. Go to your workspace settings
  2. Click "Invite Members"
  3. Enter email addresses
  4. Set appropriate permissions for each member
  5. Send invitations

Permissions

Workspace members can have different permission levels:

Owner

  • Full control over the workspace
  • Can manage workspace settings, members, and integrations
  • Can create, edit, publish, schedule, and delete posts
  • Can upload media (images and videos)
  • Can delete the workspace
  • Cannot be removed if they're the last owner

Admin

  • Can manage workspace settings, members (except owners), and integrations
  • Can create, edit, publish, schedule, and delete posts
  • Can upload media (images and videos)
  • Cannot delete the workspace or remove owners

Editor

  • Can create, edit, publish, schedule, and delete posts
  • Can upload media (images and videos)
  • Cannot manage workspace settings, members, or integrations
  • Cannot delete the workspace

Member (Read-Only)

  • Can view posts and content in the workspace
  • Can view shared media files
  • Cannot create, edit, publish, schedule, or delete posts
  • Cannot upload media
  • Cannot manage workspace settings or members

  • Shared media files
  • Content templates

  • Approved hashtags

Content Approval Workflow

Set up approval workflows to ensure quality:

  1. Create content drafts
  2. Submit for review
  3. Get feedback from team members
  4. Publish once approved

Activity Feed

Track all workspace activity:

  • Content changes
  • Member actions
  • Publishing schedules
  • Comments and feedback

  1. Organize by Projects: Use workspaces to separate different campaigns or clients
  2. Set Clear Permissions: Ensure team members have appropriate access levels
