How to cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, the workspace stays on the paid plan and you keep the same credits and limits.
A notice on the Billing page shows the date access ends. Click Resume Subscription if you change your mind before that date.
Only workspace owners and admins can manage billing.
How to downgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Open Pricing Plans
- Click Downgrade on the plan you want
- Confirm. Billing is prorated for the current period.
Existing posts, media, and connected accounts are not deleted. If you already exceed the new plan’s limits, you keep what you have and cannot add more until you are under the new cap. See Plan limits & usage.
Starter and Enterprise are annual-only, so those plans are not available on monthly billing.
What happens to your data
Canceling a subscription does not delete your account.
You keep:
- Posts, drafts, and scheduled content
- Media library files
- Connected social accounts
- Workspace members and settings
After the period ends, monthly credits and paid limits stop. Subscribe again from Settings → Billing to restore a paid plan.
Deleting the account is a separate step in Settings → Security. That schedules permanent removal and is not undone by canceling billing.
Refunds
There is no self-serve refund button. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund time already billed.
If a charge looks wrong, a payment failed after you canceled, or you need help with an annual plan, contact support with the invoice from Settings → Billing.
