What counts against your plan
Plans are limited by monthly AI credits, connected social accounts (channels) per workspace, storage, and Knowledge Base items. There is no monthly post count — you can create and schedule as many posts as you want.
Check your current plan, remaining credits, and storage on Settings → Billing.
AI credits
Credits are used when you generate text, images, or videos. Image generation uses more credits than text. Video generation uses the most.
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance:
- Starter: 240 credits
- Growth: 1,200 credits
- Pro: 2,800 credits
- Enterprise: the highest allowance; talk to sales for a custom plan
Unused plan credits reset when the next billing period starts. If you need more credits before then, buy a credit pack from Billing — packs do not change your subscription.
Connected accounts
Each workspace can connect a limited number of social accounts (channels):
- Starter: 5
- Growth: 10
- Pro: 15
- Enterprise: the highest limit
Connecting another account after you hit the limit is blocked until you upgrade or disconnect an existing account.
Storage
Images and videos in your media library count toward plan storage:
- Starter: 5 GB
- Growth: 50 GB
- Pro: 100 GB
- Enterprise: the highest limit
Uploads that would go over the cap are blocked. Delete unused media or upgrade to free space. See Media library.
Knowledge Base
Each workspace can store a limited number of knowledge items (Starter 25, Growth 100, Pro 500, Enterprise 2,000). See Knowledge Base.
Posts, drafts, and scheduled content are not capped by plan.
What happens at a limit
- Out of credits: generation does not start. You’ll be asked to buy a credit pack or upgrade.
- Account limit: you cannot connect another social account. Upgrade or remove an existing connection.
- Storage full: new uploads are blocked until you free space or upgrade.
- Knowledge item limit: you cannot add another item until you delete one or upgrade.
A workspace also needs an active subscription to create posts. If billing is past due or unpaid, usage can be blocked until payment succeeds.
Changing plans
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Open Pricing Plans
- Choose Upgrade or Downgrade
- Confirm. The change is prorated for the time left in the current period.
If you downgrade below what you already use (for example, more connected accounts than the new plan allows), existing items stay. You just cannot add more until you are back under the new limit.
