Requirements

• Instagram Business or Creator account
• A Facebook Page that manages the Instagram account
• Admin or Editor role on the Page

Connect steps

1. Settings → Accounts → Connect Instagram
2. Log into Facebook and select the Page that manages your IG account
3. Approve requested permissions (pages_show_list, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, etc.)
4. Back in Content Rabbit, select the Instagram account and click Connect

Troubleshooting

• Missing Business/Creator: switch in the Instagram app (Settings → Account)
• Not linked to Page: Instagram app → Account → Sharing to other apps → Facebook
• Permissions missing: Business Integrations in Facebook → Content Rabbit app → grant all items
