What it does

Post and schedule via iMessage.

Where to use it: iMessage.

Connect it

1. Open Settings → Accounts and choose iMessage.
2. Enter your phone number. We text a 6-digit code to confirm you own it. Landlines and SMS-only numbers will not work.
3. Optional: enter a group chat id. Add our number to the group, then from your connected number text cr id. Paste the id we reply with.
4. Text our number to post.

Group chats

We only follow commands from the verified phone number on that team. Add our number to a group and prefix commands with cr. Anyone else who addresses us is asked to join the team on Settings → Members, not treated as a command. Telegram groups and Slack channels also turn an unauthorized sender into a join request. Each channel still uses its own notion of who is authorized.

Edge cases

• Landline or SMS-only number: verification fails. Use an iMessage number.
• Someone removes our number: we stop seeing that chat until you add it again.
• Same number on two teams: a number belongs to one team. Re-verify it on the team you want.
• No group concept (a 1:1 chat): only the connected sender is answered.
