Overview

Calendar view gives you a visual timeline of drafts, queued posts, and published posts for the current workspace. You can switch between month, week, and queue layouts, filter by tags, and drag to reschedule.

Opening the calendar

  1. In the sidebar, click Calendar
  2. Use the header controls to switch between Month, Week, and Queue views
  3. Navigate with the date picker or the header arrows

Views

  • Month: day cells with post cards, queue slot badges, and stats.
  • Week: a 7-day strip with hourly slots.
  • Queue: a vertical list of time slots derived from your posting schedule.

Week start and timezone follow Settings > Scheduling. The calendar respects the timezone and week-start setting you choose there.

Creating posts from the calendar

  1. Click an empty day cell and choose New Post
  2. Alternatively, click the Create menu in the header and pick a post type
  3. The post opens in the composer

Rescheduling by drag and drop

  1. Hover a post card and drag it
  2. Drop it on another day cell or time slot
  3. If you drop on a dated cell, a dialog opens to confirm the new time
  4. Keyboard navigation is available to move between dates and posts without a mouse

Filtering

  1. Click the tag filter button in the calendar header
  2. Choose one or more tags
  3. Both the calendar grid and the drafts sidebar filter to matching posts. Clear the filter from the same button.

Queue slots and unscheduled drafts

  • A badge on each day shows how many queued posts occupy that slot
  • The drafts sidebar on the right lists unscheduled drafts you can drag onto the calendar
  • Quick actions inside each cell let you manage posts without opening them
