How Sign-In Works

1. Enter your email address on the sign-in page
2. Click Send Magic Link
3. Open the email we send you
4. Click the magic link, or enter the 6-digit code from the email

Not Receiving the Email

1. Wait a few minutes, as delivery can take a moment
2. Check your spam or junk folder
3. Check other inbox tabs, such as Promotions in Gmail
4. Search your inbox for "Content Rabbit"
5. Make sure you entered the correct email address
6. Go back and click Send another link/code
7. Add contentrabbitai.com to your safe senders list, then resend

Code or Link Expired

Codes and magic links expire. If you see "Code is invalid or expired":

1. Click Send another link/code to get a new one
2. Use the code from the most recent email
3. Enter all 6 digits without spaces

Session Expired

If your session expired or you are signed out unexpectedly:

1. Sign in again with your email
2. If it keeps happening, clear your browser cookies for contentrabbitai.com and sign in once more

Clearing cookies or using a private window signs you out of active sessions.

Signed In to the Wrong Account

You may have used a different email address when you signed up.

1. Sign out
2. Sign in again with the email you used to create your Content Rabbit account

Forgot Your Password

If you sign in with a password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to reset it.
