Overview

AI content generation turns a prompt, URL, or your brand context into draft text, captions, and hashtag suggestions. Results can pull in your workspace Knowledge Base when available and use the same credit balance as image and video generation.

Before you start

Add brand context in the Knowledge Base so the model knows your products, tone, and audience. Items marked Always include and items linked to a character are included automatically alongside any items you select for a generation. See Knowledge Base for how to set this up.

Generating text from a prompt

1. Open the composer or the Generate tools or agent panel
2. Enter your prompt. In structured tools, fill in fields such as topic, tone, platform, and length
3. Click Generate
4. Review the returned draft text, edit it in the composer, and attach media if needed

Generating from a URL

1. Paste a URL into the Turn URL into post flow
2. Choose the target platform
3. The generated draft appears in the composer, built from the page title and content

Knowledge-aware generation

1. Create or update knowledge items (text, URL, or YouTube link) in the Knowledge Base
2. Mark up to 5 critical items as Always include per workspace
3. When you generate, context is assembled in priority order: always-included items first, then character-linked items, then manually selected items
4. The draft reflects that context automatically

Credits and queue

• Text generation uses your credit balance. Credits are reserved before the request runs.
• Generations are queued and update from queued to processing to completed. If a generation fails, you will see an error status and can try again.

Adding results to a post

1. Copy or insert the generated text into the active composer tab
2. For captions that need hashtags, use the generated hashtag suggestions from the same result
3. Schedule or publish from the composer
